Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping
Ready to ship orders are processed and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx from our Portland studio within 3 - 7 business days after the order has been placed. Custom orders will get a processing and shipping estimate within 2 business days of the order being placed. If you need an order to be expedited please reach out to littleleafink@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate the request. Little Leaf Ink does not currently ship internationally. 

Please confirm your billing and shipping address when placing your order as we are unable to reroute orders after they've left our studio. You will receive an automated confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have any questions or don't receive the automated email, please reach out to littleleafink@gmail.com.

In-Person Pick Up
Little Leaf Ink offers free in person pick up at the Carter + Rose storefront (3601 SE Division St, Portland OR). Please reach out to littleleafink@gmail.com for information on pick up, any shipping costs that were collected will be promptly refunded. 

Cancellations 
Changes to any orders must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. Please see the return policy for information regarding returns and exchanges.
