Watercolor & Pressed Flower Butterfly Trio

This butterfly piece is created with watercolor and real preserved marigold petals. All of the botanical elements featured on the painting were picked and pressed by me for several weeks to preserve their color. This series combines my love of painting nature and being able to incorporate real pieces of it into my work.
